Pilates, as it’s commonly practiced all over the world, takes place on a yoga mat on the ground in small groups ( 5-10 people maximum ) The conditions and characteristics of each person are then taken into account and utilized to achieve their desired level of fitness.

Performed in a specific order with an exact number of repetitions, this part is certainly one of the more difficult of the rest of the system devised by Joseph Pilates (machines work). For these sessions, there are no machines, but through this work you’re mastering the use of your own body.
